The short version: Tomo subscriptions are billed by Apple through the App Store, so refunds are requested from and decided by Apple. This page explains how to cancel, how to ask Apple for a refund, and how we can help.
Tomo is operated by Natural Inc., a company incorporated in Mumbai, India ("Natural Inc.", "we", "us", or "our"). This Refund Policy supplements our Terms of Service; if the two conflict, the Terms control.

All Tomo purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through your App Store account. We never charge your card directly and we do not store your payment details. Because Apple handles the payment, only Apple can issue a refund for an App Store purchase — we are not able to process one on Apple's behalf.
To ask Apple for a refund:
Refund decisions are made by Apple under its Media Services Terms and Conditions. Approval is not guaranteed, and whether a refund is granted, and for how much, is entirely Apple's decision.
Canceling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you have already paid for. As set out in our Terms of Service, subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law, and after canceling you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
To cancel on iOS: open Settings → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → select Tomo → Cancel Subscription.
To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before your current period ends. If your subscription includes a free trial, the same rule applies: cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.
If you were charged twice, charged after canceling, or paid for a subscription that never unlocked in the app, contact us at dev@naturaldevs.com. Billing-error refunds still go through Apple, but we will verify the problem on our side, fix the entitlement, and help you put the request together.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights you have under the laws of your country that cannot be waived by contract. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, statutory withdrawal rights for digital purchases are exercised through Apple as the merchant of record.
